Alexander Park MD, FACS graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine with a combined M.D./B.A. degree in 1991 at the age of 23. He graduated with honors and was vice president of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. He completed general surgery residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland in 1997. Since then, Dr. Park has been in private practice in the Atlanta area. Dr. Park is board certified in general surgery and is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, Georgia Surgical Society, and Medical Association of Georgia among others.
Dr. Park has extensive experience in general surgery involving breast cancer, gastrointestinal surgery, laparoscopic surgery, hernia surgery, and endocrine surgery. He also performs minimally invasive office based surgical procedures for varicose vein disease including endovenous ablation for saphenous reflux disease, ambulatory phlebotomy for removal of bulging varicose veins, and sclerotherapy treatment. Dr. Alex Park and his brother, Dr. David Park, are co-owners of VeinInnovations and Park Surgical Specialists (located next door to VeinInnovations.)
Dr. Park is married and lives in Atlanta with his wife and children.
Dr. David Park received his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Missouri -Kansas City, graduating with Honors in 1988. During medical school, he also completed a student fellowship in clinical cardiovascular research at the Mid-America Heart Institute at Saint Luke’s Hospital. His work was presented at the annual American College of Cardiology meeting in 1988. Dr. Park completed his general surgery residency training at Emory University in 1993, and continued his surgical career in private practice.
In 2006, he was one of the founding members of a large single specialty surgical practice in North Atlanta, where he practiced a wide array of general surgery procedures. He left the large group in 2018 and relocated his surgical practice, now called Park Surgical Specialists, adjacent to VeinInnovations. Over the years, Dr. Park developed a keen interest and knowledge in the treatment of venous reflux disease and varicose vein disorders. In 2013, he and his brother, Dr. Alexander Park, opened VeinInnovations of Johns Creek. He, along with his highly skilled and experienced staff, currently provides comprehensive, minimally invasive, office-based vein treatments in the Johns Creek office.
Dr. Park lives in Peachtree Corners and his hobbies include anything outdoors. He is an active member of Perimeter Church.
Lucille received her degree in Computer Science in 1975 and worked primarily in that field for the first 10 years of her career. After 10 years of managing computers she transitioned into managing and training people. She received her first supervisor position in 1985 and has continued to move upwards to develop stronger leadership roles

Lucy has worked with large hospital systems such as Orlando Regional, MD Anderson Cancer Center (affiliates of OR), Oviedo Ambulatory Center (affiliates of OR), Kennedy Krieger Institute and The Marcus Institute to help develop, operate and manage their computer systems while training staff to work in all areas of reimbursement and revenue cycle processes. Lucille started her life career of knowledge in the medical field with Veininnovations in 2008 as the Billing Manager and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2009. In her role she is responsible for payroll, employee benefits, HR matters, HIPPA complaints, provider credentialing, medical records complaints, accounts receivables and accounts payable.
Lucy lives in Marietta and has two children and a granddaughter. She has memberships with GMGMA and NFGMA Medical Associations.
Genise Godfrey, RN joined Vein Innovations in September 2022. She received her B.S. degree in nursing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1986. She has been a neonatal intensive care nurse for 36 years. She loved working with premies and their families but was ready for something less stressful.

Elena Stan-Lockhart joined the Practice in October, 2021. She has 15 years of health care experience consisting of bedside and outpatient medical-surgical nursing with Emory Healthcare, teaching for Emory University School of Nursing, intermediate management, and mentoring new generations into compasionate health care. Elena has a calling into caring for people and she believes in ”treating others the way you like to be treated or better.” She is passionate about providing high standards of care, learning new skills in the medical field, promoting awareness for preventive care, and empowering patients and families with knowledge in their health care journey.

Ashalena began her career in the healthcare industry as an office coordinator at Orlando Regional Healthcare before moving to Atlanta in 2000. She has held administrative and office manager roles at 3 major health care organizations – The Marcus Institute, Child Neurology Associates and now VeinInnovations. Ashalena’s favorite part of her job is hearing patient success stories. As a patient herself, she can attest to the difference varicose vein treatment has made to her quality of life. Shin Ae moved to the United States from Korea in 2010 for college. She graduated from the University of Kennesaw and received a BS degree in Biology. Before joining VeinInnovations, she worked as a medical assistant at an internal medicine clinic. During her free time, she enjoys watching movies and dramas and playing games. She also loves hanging out with her dogs.
